Adam is a trusted trial and appellate attorney with concentration in consumer financial services and real estate. Appointed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, Adam currently serves on Florida’s 19th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission.

Adam guides financial institutions, loan servicing companies, and investors through their complex litigation. Adam is often called upon to resolve the unresolvable and fix the unfixable. Adam’s first-chair contested trial experience includes numerous multi-million dollar foreclosure judgments obtained against Florida’s notorious foreclosure defense firms.

Adam has many appellate per curium affirmed rulings and written industry favorable opinions. Adam argued and won an industry changing case of first impression in Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal—eliminating consumer debt transfer notices as a condition precedent to foreclosure in Florida. Named a Rising Star for consumer law from 2012 to 2021—ranking in the top 2.5% of all Florida attorneys under the age of 40. Named a Super Lawyer from 2022 to 2024—ranking in the top 5% of all attorneys in Florida.

Adam is also a title agent handling residential and commercial closings.

Adam is a past President of the Martin County Bar Association, and served as Chair of the Foreclosure Committee. Adam served as the Chair of the Florida Bar’s 19th Circuit Grievance Committee, and on the board of the Legal Aid Society of Martin County.
