Bio
Justin is a founding partner of the firm. He represents financial institutions, banks, loan servicers, and lenders in complex litigation and regulatory compliance matters in state and federal court. He is a first-chair trial lawyer.
Justin focuses on recovery litigation, specifically including title claims. He has considerable experience in the investigation and prosecution of origination fraud. He works closely with federal and state regulators and law enforcement to address his clients’ complex business issues. Additionally, Justin defends servicers, lenders, and originators against quiet title actions and other debt elimination schemes.
Justin also partners with in-house counsel and lines of business to develop litigation management and corporate witness training programs.
Previously, he worked as a partner at an AMLaw 100 firm.
